I know, I know! I haven’t blogged in a few days. I’ve had writer’s block? Nah, I just really had nothing I wanted to write about :/
So ANYway, it’s back to school week for my oldest son! First day of school is Wednesday for him 
. Tonight is open house for both the boys. I’m looking forward to it more than Jared is, that’s for sure! AND THEN…….Jacen starts school NEXT Monday! That’s the one I’m really looking forward to! Once he starts, I will have a couple of hours to myself every morning, 5 days a week! Hmmmmm…….whatever shall I do with myself during his school hours?
We went back to school shopping over the weekend. I canNOT believe I spent about $100 on school supplies alone! >.< I didn’t mind buying the clothes and shoes but the school supplies will forever be a bone of contention for me. It just burns my hide knowing that I’m spending hard earned money to buy the stuff on the supply list just to supply OTHER kids!! Yes, I know. It sounds very selfish of me. But it’s not like our economy is flourishing here and I can afford to spend money for others as if I have a money tree growing in my front patio (boy do I wish!). I think next year, I’m going to do it differently, especially now that both boys are going to school.
